If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase, access, or use the Services. If you enroll on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf and you assume full responsibility for their use of the Services.

All content provided through the Services — including video lessons, written materials, live sessions, webinars, community discussions, watchlists, trade breakdowns, and templates — is exclusively for educational and informational purposes. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Apex Trading Lab is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial intermediary, is not registered with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) or any other financial regulator as a provider of investment services, and does not manage client funds or execute trades on behalf of any student. Any trading decision you make is your own.

Trading foreign exchange (Forex), CFDs, and other financial markets involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. These products are highly volatile, are frequently traded using leverage, and can result in the loss of more than your initial deposit. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

• Student results, profit screenshots, and case studies shared on this site or in the community are individual experiences, are not typical, and do not represent what any student should expect to achieve.
• Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating your own financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives before trading or investing, and for any decision you make.

By using the Services you acknowledge that you trade and invest at your own risk, and that the Company shall bear no responsibility for any trading losses, missed profits, or other financial consequences arising from your use of the educational content.

The Courses are offered as one-time payments or, where stated, installment plans, at the prices displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. Your payment card details are entered directly into the payment provider's secure environment and are never stored on our servers. Where applicable, VAT is charged in accordance with Spanish and EU VAT rules, and a corresponding invoice is issued. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

As a consumer, you ordinarily have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Protection Law), which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU, for distance purchases of digital content.

By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital course content and acknowledge that, once you begin downloading or streaming the content (or otherwise accessing it), you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (Art. 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), as the performance of the service has begun with your prior express consent.

If you have not yet accessed the digital content and wish to withdraw within the 14-day period, contact us at theapextradingacademy@gmail.com and we will process a refund using the original payment method. This policy is without prejudice to any more favourable voluntary refund conditions we may publish, which will be stated on the checkout page. Installment plans may be cancelled for future payments by contacting us, without entitlement to a refund of amounts already due for content accessed.

All content within the Services — including videos, texts, diagrams, templates, trade breakdowns, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, and the overall course structure — is and remains the exclusive property of [Company / Legal Entity Name] and its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase we grant you a single-user, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course content for your own learning. This license does not permit you to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or make the content available to any third party.
• Use the content to teach or run your own course, bootcamp, or paid community.
• Participate in group-buying, account-sharing, or piracy schemes.
• Share your login credentials with any other person.

Any breach of this section constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as well as legal action.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are strictly personal and may not be shared by multiple users.

When using the Services, including the student community, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or automatically extract content or data from the platform.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, or disruptive behaviour towards other students or staff.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or attempt to breach platform security.
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable market-abuse rules.

The Courses may reference or demonstrate third-party trading platforms, charting tools, brokers, data providers, or other services. Such references are for instructional purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or affiliation with any of those providers. We receive no compensation for broker or platform referrals unless expressly disclosed, and we accept no liability for any third-party service, its availability, its fees, or any loss you suffer through its use. Your relationship with any third-party provider is exclusively between you and that provider.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Spanish and EU law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement of the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights under Spanish and EU law.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, in particular if you infringe our intellectual property, share your account or credentials, redistribute course content, or engage in prohibited conduct under Section 8.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may also discontinue or materially modify the Services; in that event, we will provide reasonable notice and, where the paid course can no longer be delivered, an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU.
